Return Policy — سِدر للأثاث الفاخر

في سِدر، رضاك هو أولويتنا القصوى. إذا لم يكن المنتج مطابقًا للمواصفات المتفق عليها، فلديك الحق في الإرجاع أو الاستبدال وفق الشروط الموضحة في هذه الصفحة. نرجو قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام طلبك.

At SIDR, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product does not match the agreed specifications, you have the right to return or exchange it under the conditions outlined on this page. Please read carefully before completing your order.

الشروط العامة للإرجاع General Return Conditions

يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية فقط:

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases only:

  • المنتج لا يطابق المواصفات المُتفق عليها (الشكل، اللون، الأبعاد). The product does not match the agreed specifications (shape, color, dimensions).
  • وجود عيب تصنيعي واضح عند الاستلام. A clear manufacturing defect present upon delivery.
  • تلف ظاهر ناتج عن الشحن والنقل. Visible damage caused by shipping and transport.

⏱️ يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام مرفقًا بصور واضحة للمنتج.

⏱️ Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product attached.

حالات لا يُقبل فيها الإرجاع Non-Returnable Cases

لا يُقبل الإرجاع في الحالات التالية:

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب بأبعاد أو مواصفات خاصة لا تنطبق عليها معايير الإرجاع القياسية. Custom-made products with specific dimensions or specifications are not subject to standard return criteria.
  • تغيير رأي العميل بعد التصنيع والتسليم. Customer change of mind after manufacturing and delivery.
  • أضرار ناتجة عن الاستخدام غير السليم أو الإهمال أو التعديل من قِبَل العميل. Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or customer modification.
  • الإبلاغ بعد مرور أكثر من 48 ساعة على الاستلام. Reporting more than 48 hours after delivery.

⚠️ جميع منتجاتنا مصنوعة يدويًا حسب الطلب — لذلك لا يُقبل الإرجاع بسبب "تغيير الرأي" بعد بدء التصنيع.

⚠️ All our products are handcrafted to order — therefore returns due to "change of mind" are not accepted once manufacturing has begun.

Attach Photos
أرسل صورًا واضحة للعيب أو المشكلة مع ذكر رقم الطلب.
Send clear photos of the defect or problem along with your order number.

مراجعة الطلب
Request Review
سيتواصل معك فريقنا خلال 24 ساعة لتقييم المشكلة وتأكيد قبول الإرجاع.
Our team will contact you within 24 hours to assess the issue and confirm return approval.

الاستبدال أو الاسترداد
Exchange or Refund
عند قبول الإرجاع، نُعيد تصنيع المنتج مجانًا أو نتفق على حل مناسب آخر.
Upon approval, we will re-manufacture the product at no charge or agree on another suitable solution.

استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة Refunds

في حالة الموافقة على الاسترداد المالي الكامل:

In the case of full refund approval:

  • يتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام عمل من تأكيد القبول. Refunds are processed within 7 business days from approval confirmation.
  • يُستعاد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الطلب الأصلي. The amount is returned via the same payment method used in the original order.
  • تكاليف الشحن الأولية غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة الخطأ من طرفنا. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

💡 Our priority is always the solution — we prefer re-manufacturing or adjustment over a full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

الضمان Warranty

جميع منتجات سِدر مضمونة ضد عيوب التصنيع لمدة سنة كاملة من تاريخ الاستلام. يشمل الضمان:

All SIDR products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of receipt. The warranty covers:

  • عيوب الهيكل الخشبي والتشطيبات. Defects in the wooden frame and finishes.
  • مشاكل في القماش أو الجلد الناتجة عن التصنيع لا الاستخدام. Fabric or leather issues resulting from manufacturing, not use.

لا يشمل الضمان: التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام اليومي المكثف، أو التعرض للرطوبة والمياه، أو التعديلات من قِبَل العميل.

The warranty does not cover: damage from intensive daily use, exposure to moisture or water, or customer modifications.
